To protect both our equipment and your child’s safety, we require all guests to wear approved Super Llama Socks while playing.

This helps us:

  • ✔ Maintain a safe and clean environment

  • ✔ Keep equipment in top condition

  • ✔ Ensure consistent grip and safety for all guests

If you already own a pair of Super Llama Socks, feel free to bring them back for your next visit!

Our Super Llama Socks are specially designed for our inflatable play park surfaces. The grip pattern, material, and thickness are tested to work safely with our slides, climbing areas, and bounce zones.

Other gripping socks may:

  • ❌ Create excessive friction and heat on inflatable surfaces

  • ❌ Cause damage or premature wear to slides and play equipment

  • ❌ Leave marks or residue on the inflatables

  • ❌ Provide inconsistent grip, increasing the risk of slipping

Only guests entering the inflatable play area are required to purchase a ticket. This includes adults and parents who plan to play.

Adults who are supervising from designated seating areas and not entering the inflatable arena do not need a ticket.

Yes.

  • 2-Hour Passes begin at check-in and are timed.

  • All-Day Passes allow unlimited play during regular operating hours.

No re-entry allowed. For special occasions, please check with the front desk.

Absolutely.

Our inflatables are custom-designed for indoor heavy use and undergo rigorous safety testing. Each inflatable is securely anchored and inspected regularly.

We follow a strict cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure a safe, clean environment for all guests.

Yes. Every guest entering the play arena must have a completed waiver.

Guests under 17 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. For convenience, multiple minors can be included on one waiver.

Yes – our weekly Open Jump sessions are not drop-off events.

Admission fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.

Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. This allows us to offer discounted monthly pricing for frequent visitors.

If you visit just a few times during the membership period, you may already save compared to regular admission pricing.

In your email, please include:

  • The account holder’s full name

  • Phone number associated with the account

  • The names of the member(s) you wish to cancel

Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been completed.

No. Only reserved parties have a dedicated Table or Party Room reserved.

We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a single serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! All other items can be purchased through the park. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers.

Gratuity is not included and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion.

Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to do so!  We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; however, cake, cupcakes, or cookies (as long as they’re not ice cream cakes) are permitted with a booked party.

Yes, of course, a baked dessert item is fine! Just as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.

If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If an Act of God or weather event causes the Park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

A $175.00* non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all birthday parties. For group sales, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event (whether birthday party, group sales, or private park rentals). Yes, if your child has special needs, please let us know upon booking your party so that we can make the appropriate accommodation and inform your Party Host.
