Yes, Super Llama socks are required to play on inflatables.

Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.

For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver.

Yes – our weekly Open Jump sessions are not drop-off events.

An admission Fee is applied to all children attending Open Jump and is for admission into the facility. Admission Fee is non-refundable once the session has begun.

We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a single serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! All other items can be purchased through the park. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers.

Gratuity is not included and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion.

Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to do so! We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. We offer pizza and other snacks and candy which can be purchased through the park. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if you do not know it at the time of booking. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; however, cake, cupcakes, or cookies (as long as they’re not ice cream cakes) are permitted with a booked party.

Yes, of course, a baked dessert item is fine! Just as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.

If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If an Act of God or weather event causes the Park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

A $175.00* non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all birthday parties. For group sales and private park rentals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event (whether birthday party, group sales, or private park rentals). Yes, if your child has special needs, please let us know upon booking your party so that we can make the appropriate accommodation and inform your Party Host.
