PARTY TERMS AND CONDTIONS
- Parties come with 10 wristbands for kids and 2 wristband for party child parents. Additional guests may be added to any party package.
- Party jump time can be limited to two hours if park capacity becomes an issue. Up to manager discretion.
- No personal socks allowed.
- Must provide your own cake and candles.
- No other outside food or drink is allowed in. You can add on addition food or drink for your party while or after booking your party.
- Last minute parties/parties booked within 24 hours of their party date run a risk of having no host for the party.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.
If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.
If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.
If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.
If an Act of God or weather event causes the park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

DEPOSIT
A $175.00* non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all birthday parties. For group sales and private park rentals, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event (whether a birthday party, group sales, or private park rentals). GRATUITY
Gratuity is not automatically included in our birthday party packages. Our party hosts go above and beyond to make your celebration unforgettable, and tips are always appreciated. They truly rely on tips as part of their income, so if you feel your host did an amazing job, a little extra “thank you” goes a long way!
