Group Event Terms & Conditions
- ✓Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 15 participants is required to qualify for group pricing and rates.
- ✓Adult Supervision Requirement: Each group must have at least two adults age 18 or older present and supervising the group during the visit.
- ✓Visit Duration: Group rates are valid for a maximum of two hours of admission unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Super Llama management.
- ✓Eligible Group Visits: Group rates are intended for organized groups visiting for general fun, recreation, school outings, camps, youth organizations, daycare groups, team outings, or similar activities.
- ✓Birthday Parties and Celebrations: Birthday parties, private celebrations, and similar events are not eligible for group pricing and must reserve an official Super Llama party package.
- ✓Compliance with Park Rules: All guests and group participants must comply with Super Llama’s posted rules, safety requirements, waiver policies, staff instructions, and operational procedures at all times.
- ✓Right to Modify: Super Llama reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation & Deposit
- ✓A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve field trips and group events.
- ✓Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event.
- ✓More than 72 hours’ notice: deposit is waived, with no further balance owed.
- ✓Less than 72 hours’ notice: deposit may apply to a rescheduled event within 30 days.
- ✓No-shows or walkouts prior to payment may result in the card on file being charged for the full amount of the event.
- ✓If an Act of God or weather event causes the park to close, the event will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.
