How many kids are included in each party package?
Each package includes admission for 10 kids for 2 hours, including the birthday child, plus 2 admission passes for the birthday child’s parents.
How long is the reserved party time?
Party packages include 2 hours of reserved party time. Packages also include 15 minutes of preparation time for smooth check-in.
What is the difference between Party Table and Private Room?
Party Table is the included party area. A Private Room upgrade gives your group a more private space and is available as a $50 upgrade from the Party Table price.
Are Super Llama socks included?
Yes. Each jumper in the birthday party receives a complimentary pair of Super Llama socks.
Can I add more kids or parents?
Yes. You can add more kids and parents for an additional charge. Additional child pricing may vary by package.
Can I bring decorations?
Generic birthday party tableware and utensils are included. Guests may bring additional decorations, but decorations must follow Super Llama safety and setup rules.
Does the Standard package include pizza?
Yes. The Standard package includes 2 pizzas of your choice and 1 drink pitcher.
What does Ultimate include that Standard does not?
Ultimate includes everything in Standard, plus unlimited drink refills, a $5 arcade card per child, and a premium deluxe party experience.
Are spectators free?
Yes. Spectators are free. Guests who want to jump or enter applicable play areas must follow admission and waiver requirements.
Do party guests need waivers?
Yes. Every participating guest must have a completed waiver. Minors need a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Is the weekday sale available on holidays?
The weekday sale is Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise stated by Super Llama.
If my child doesn’t like cake, can I bring cookies/brownies, cookie cake, or cupcakes?
Yes, of course — baked dessert items are perfectly fine, as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake.
Can I reserve seating without booking a party?
No. Only reserved parties have a dedicated table or party room reserved.

How early can I arrive for my party?
Party setup begins 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please arrive around that time. If you arrive earlier, your table or room may not be ready due to another party scheduled before yours.
What can I bring to a birthday party?
With a paid birthday party, you may bring single-serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and items for the birthday child. Other food and beverages may be purchased through the park. Outside food, drinks, and coolers are not allowed.
Can I bring my own decorations, plates, or napkins?
Yes. With a paid birthday party, you may bring decorations, themed decorations, plates, and napkins. Setup begins 15 minutes before your party start time.
Can we bring our own pizza or outside food?
No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed. Cake, cupcakes, or cookies are permitted with a booked party, as long as they are not ice cream cakes.
Can I bring cake without booking a party?
No. Only reserved parties are able to bring in a celebratory dessert.
Is gratuity included for the party host?
Gratuity is not included and may be provided directly to your host or at checkout at your discretion.
