By accessing or using any part of our digital services, purchasing tickets, making a reservation, booking a party, purchasing a membership, submitting a form, or visiting our facility, you agree to follow these Terms and any posted park rules, safety instructions, waiver requirements, and operating policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our digital services, make a booking, purchase admission, or participate in activities at Super Llama Inflatable Park.
2. Use of Digital Services
Our digital services are intended for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. 3. Tickets, Parties, Events & Bookings
Our digital services may allow you to purchase admission tickets, reserve birthday parties, submit event inquiries, buy memberships, complete waivers, or make other bookings. All bookings are subject to availability, posted pricing, stated inclusions, posted restrictions, and the policies displayed at the time of purchase.
A booking is not guaranteed until payment, deposit, confirmation, waiver requirements, and any other required steps have been completed. We may modify availability, operating hours, attraction availability, pricing, party options, and booking rules at any time.
Park access is conditioned on completed waivers, compliance with park rules, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access for safety, misconduct, non-compliance, capacity limits, private events, maintenance, or other operational reasons.
4. Waivers, Safety Rules & Guest Conduct
Participation in inflatable attractions, arcade areas, events, parties, group visits, and other activities may involve physical activity and inherent risks. All participating guests must have a completed waiver before entering or participating in applicable activity areas.
Minors must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. Guests are responsible for following all posted rules, safety signs, staff instructions, age/height/weight requirements, sock requirements, attraction-specific rules, and facility policies.
Super Llama may refuse entry, remove guests, or stop participation if guests fail to follow rules, act unsafely, behave aggressively, damage property, interfere with other guests, or create a safety concern.
5. Memberships
Memberships, including weekday memberships, unlimited memberships, seasonal memberships, promotional memberships, and similar products, are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Membership benefits, pricing, billing cycles, minimum commitment periods, blackout dates, reactivation requirements, cancellation procedures, and eligible use periods may vary by membership type.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including email address, phone number, payment method, and required account settings in our membership or booking system.
If a minimum commitment period applies, cancellation may not be available until the minimum term has been completed. After the minimum term, members may cancel through the applicable member portal if cancellation tools are available, or by following the instructions displayed on our website or membership system.
6. Payments, Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations
Prices, deposits, taxes, fees, discounts, promotions, and package inclusions are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, sales may be final and non-refundable. Certain tickets, memberships, party deposits, reservations, or promotional offers may be non-transferable.
Birthday party deposits, event bookings, group reservations, and special offers may have separate cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, refund, and no-show rules. Those rules may be displayed on the booking page, confirmation email, party page, group agreement, or other written communication.
If there is a conflict between a specific booking confirmation and these general Terms, the more specific booking terms will generally apply to that booking, unless prohibited by law.
7. Accounts, Passwords & Member Portals
You may be asked to create an account to use certain services, including booking, membership management, waiver completion, purchase history, or account settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account current, and notify us or the applicable third-party provider if you suspect unauthorized account access, billing issues, or incorrect information.
8. User Content, Reviews & Feedback
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, feedback, social media posts, messages, comments, survey responses, or other content related to Super Llama, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
By submitting content to us, tagging us, posting about us publicly, or giving us feedback, you grant Super Llama permission to use, reproduce, display, share, edit, and promote that content for business, marketing, operational, and customer service purposes, unless prohibited by law or separately agreed in writing.
