Our Super Llama Socks are specially designed for our inflatable play park surfaces. The grip pattern, material, and thickness are tested to work safely with our slides, climbing areas, and bounce zones.
Other gripping socks may:
❌ Create excessive friction and heat on inflatable surfaces
❌ Cause damage or premature wear to slides and play equipment
❌ Leave marks or residue on the inflatables
❌ Provide inconsistent grip, increasing the risk of slipping
Only guests entering the inflatable play area are required to purchase a ticket. This includes adults and parents who plan to play.
Adults who are supervising from designated seating areas and not entering the inflatable arena do not need a ticket.

All-Day Passes allow unlimited play during regular operating hours.

Our inflatables are custom-designed for indoor heavy use and undergo rigorous safety testing. Each inflatable is securely anchored and inspected regularly.
We follow a strict cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure a safe, clean environment for all guests.
Yes. Every guest entering the play arena must have a completed waiver.
Guests under 17 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. For convenience, multiple minors can be included on one waiver.
Yes – our weekly Open Jump sessions are not drop-off events.
Admission fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.

Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. This allows us to offer discounted monthly pricing for frequent visitors.
If you visit just a few times during the membership period, you may already save compared to regular admission pricing.

Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been completed.
Terms and Conditions for Admission Sale:
- ADMISSION WEIGHT LIMIT: 250lbs
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or re-entry after purchase.
- We reserve the right to limit guests to hour of play based on capacity.
- Please be advised that guest not adhering to the rules and regulations outlined by Super Llama Inflatable Park may be refused service. Our staff reserve the right to enforce all rules for safety, security and enjoyment for all visitors.
- Super Llama socks are required for each guest buying a jump band.
- No re-entry. To ensure park is safe for all and guest are accounted for the day, no re-entry is allowed once you leave the building. There is a full service kitchen in the park.
- No outside food or drink allowed.
- School Day Special rules: This ticket covers 1 Adult and 1 Child ticket on school days only, Monday – Thursday. Friday no longer applies to School Day Special. The School Day Special ticket is now an All Day Pass admission that can be purchased in park anytime between Monday – Thursday for the date of the purchase. Does not apply on school out days for the local ISDs of Frisco, Dallas, Plano, Lewisville, Carrollton.
- Parent Pass can be purchased online or via our front desk as long as a child’s pass has been added to the transaction.

Super Llama operates an inflatable adventure park, which offers access to the premises and the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in inflatable adventure park-related activities, including, but not limited to, jumping, tumbling, sliding, obstacle course, soft play, ropes course, climbing wall, and other miscellaneous bounce and adventure activities, instruction, training, fitness classes, competition, events, and programs.
