Are Super Llama socks required?
Yes. Approved Super Llama socks are required for all guests playing in the inflatable areas. If you already own Super Llama socks, you may bring them back.
Do adults need a ticket?
Adults supervising from designated seating areas do not need a ticket. Adults entering the inflatable play area need a ticket or parent pass.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every guest entering the play arena must have a completed waiver. Guests under 17 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Can I leave and re-enter the same day?
No re-entry is allowed after leaving the building. Please check with the front desk for any special situations.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed for regular visits. Birthday party desserts and approved group lunchboxes may be allowed only under specific event rules.
Are ticket sales refundable?
All sales are final. Admission fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Quick Notes: Admission weight limit is 250 lbs. All sales are final. Super Llama socks are required for each guest buying a jump band. No re-entry after leaving the building. No outside food or drink allowed. Parent Pass available as add-on — $5.95 with a qualifying child/kid pass.
