- Necessary counselors get free jump bands (No more than 5 counselors for free)

Field Trip Terms and Conditions
- Field trip jump time is standard at 2 hours jump time. Additional time can be added when booking by request.
- No personal socks allowed.
- No other outside food or drink is allowed in. You can add on addition food or drink for your event while or after booking field trip.
- If discussed and approved, a lunch box is allowed to be brought by field trip guests.
- Late arrivals may be subject to same end time that was agreed initially. Up to manager discretion to adjust event time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.
If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.
If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.
If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.
If an Act of God or weather event causes the park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

DEPOSIT
A 25%* non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all field trips/group events. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the event (whether a birthday party, group sales, or private park rentals).
